Service Kit...

I purchased here in Germany a service kit like the one in the picture below:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Service-Kit-Free...2325efa665

Can someone tell this newbie why there are two Pollen filters? I have an Oil Filter, Fuel Filter, Air Filter and two boxes saying 'Pollen Filter' although they look different. Are there two places for these to go? Confused..Again...Each place i look to buy one have the same...at first i thought the sender sent another by mistake..

Forgive my ignorance

Thanks

Mac

AFAIK, there are two different pollen filters specified - one for "air con" cars; one for "climate control" cars. Just use the one similar to the one you have removed,

From the picture, one is with "activated carbon" and one is a plain and simple filter.

That's right. However, I understand it is better to replace with a LR OEM filter, whichever type, as aftermarket versions can be too flimsy and buckle when being slid/pushed in to place. (It is a tight fit) 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone)
