Hello Mike, If you mean the radio and air con displays etc. dim, yes this is correct. The car assumes that you won't have lights on during the day (hasn't heard of VicRoads campaign to use headlights during daytime) and lowers the intensity for night time driving. These lights, including the instrument panel, are also controlled by the dimmer on the lighting panel. Hope this helps. |

Done this myself tonight. Auto lights came on, dashlights went straight off. Switched off auto lights to off completely, dash lights back on. Then thought dimmer switch must be down low. It was, I must turned it down when polishing it on Monday night. I'll know for next time. |
