Depends on the amount of Bio diesel that there is in it. I have been told by a buddy of mine in the fuel industry that the manufacturers are doing long term tests on 15% Bio diesel. There are people running cars on 100% Bio, "with no problems" but it would invalidate warranty.

You also have to worry about the effect it can have on some of the fuel line components. Some rubber parts don't like it at all. Reading other sites also say that scaly bits of diesel residue can break off in the fuel lines and block the filter. Having said that, I have run a 10% mix a couple of times and noticed it a lot smoother and quieter. It's not readily available where I live though.
