If the wheel in the cockpit belongs to the car no wonder he lost control, check the rear off side tyre in comparison.

The tyres fitted to the car look like Goodyear F1's or something very similar.
the one in the footwell is something very different, a bit like mixing x-ply and radials.
on a ladies hairdressers car like that very iffy.
