Note to self, Do not buy new tech toys when twenty year old son is in the room.

To be fair you probably saved yourself more money 'donating' it to your son (assuming he remembers to use it Rolling Eyes )

You are probably right Christian, he has it hard wired in, has it has a movement sensor it can also turn itself off when the vehicle is stationary. I did have cause to speak to Road Angel about it as I bought it with three years subscription and I received an email saying my subscription had expired, I spoke to the advisor and if the unit gets stolen let them know and they can deactivate the unit making it inoperable so it’s pointless anyone nicking them. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

Belgium 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Stornoway Grey

Hi there,

my first reply on the forum here which has been very usefull for me.
I'm using a coyote device, which works great in Belgium, Netherlands and France.
I really don't know if it is available and legal to use in the Uk.
It's very discrete and fits nice besides my rearview mirror, it works for about 5 to 6 hours on one battery charge.

more info on

www.moncoyote.com

sorry for the writing mistakes,

David

Another nod for the Novus GPS Rider. A great little unit that can be plugged in to the fag charger or even better, charged up by connecting to a computer with usb. about 11 hours continuous use from one charge and it's totally free to update every week or two.
Had mine for a couple of years now, well worth the £90
