Aftermarket window tint

Hi Guys... and Gals (?)

I am picking my FL2 next wk and am getting the windows tinted on the same day by a window tinting specialist.

They want around £250 which is £50 less than paying LR to fit it as an option.

The main reason I am writing this is that I have learnt their are two ways window tinters can tint your windows:

1) Cut a film then apply them to the windows in the car.

2) Take the windows out of the car, apply the film, then bake the film on, then replace the windows.

The second option is the better option but I have found that companies using either method charge the same prices!! So if u r looking at getting ur windows tinted then find out how they do it. Exclamation

If you want to know who is doing mine (in Kent) then message me!
