Service is not bad, just don t let them wash your car, they scratched mine and then denied it claiming it was like it when it came in! |

in general they are all very nice when trying to flog you a car, not really much to recommend at this point. best see what they are like when you have problems. Iain |

I bought mine from them (used) and have been very happy so far with sales and service performance. Their used prices seemed to be lower than most (why I went there) but their servicing prices are definitely top-end. And they haven't even offered me an Experience day. |

Last time I was in (Nov 2011) they were offering Experience vouchers if you had a winter health check. They tend not to offer, you need to ask. |

If they are like most dealers, their new and second-hand sales are dealt with by different people, which may explain some of the above. Interestingly though, they seem to deal with quite a wide area - was talking to one of their drivers who said they do a lot of new vehicle deliveries up to the north west, so they must have something going for them. |
