Hi anyone know if it's possible to have your services and such done by a non-dealer under warranty?
I have heard of a chap in Redditch that used to work for land rover service department but left and set up on his own.

I presume you mean have your servicing done by someone other than a LR dealer and still maintain your warranty. The answer is yes as long as the service is in accordance with LR service schedule and using genuine parts. One point however is the paint inspection which will still need to be done @ the dealer

..... what about if something goes wrong that should be fixed by LR whilst it's still under warranty?

I have seen somewhere on this site a PDF of a LAND ROVER SERVICE SHEET, (Can't find it now though) Which details what each service should involve.

think I'll get this chaps number of my friend and give him a ring on Monday......
He prepared her Defender to drive to the northern lights ..... when the dealership wouldn't touch it... after years of not so insignificant loyalty and purchase's .....

Get your warranty work done by dealer and get a free loaner to play with while they do the work  

nothing but bad experiences with LR dealers an from looking around the site .. I am mostly definitely not the only one
I have a good friend who is kind enough to loan me his Range Vogue when I need too ....
so if I can avoid it ... I am sure going too  Oi put down that pin!! .... I'm HaPpY in My BuBbLe
