Theres another small fan under the key slot. its for the internal temperature measurement. |

I had another listen this morning......turned heat to max and this higher pitched air noise is coming from the frontal passenger area. If I turn the heat setting to cold it fades away. I think it's a flap or something that moves up/down dependant on where the temp is set which in turn regulates the flow of air. Not noticed it before so i'm going to assume that having a new pollen filter fitted has resulted in less air resriction/more noise?
