many peoples cars do the same random selecting of GGS, AndyC's good lady says if you wind it an extra click or two past normal (anti clockwise) it prevents this, I tried that, didnt work but sensible suggestion At work

Have had a lot of reason to use the TR dial recently and also to try the extra notch trick and can now confirm it don’t work for me Therefore unfortunately one has to conclude this must be a female thing or plain duff gen from the misses However while turning the dial a few times, it seems that mine does the opposite to what it says in the book. That is to say it does NOT retain the chosen snow mode when being parked for a short time. Earlier when using snow mode and turning to normal before stopping (occasionally plus the extra notch trick), the snow mode was back on when restarted. Concluding - as CG states our TR mode selector functions randomly as many others do. Maybe there is a software update for this 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof. Stornoway Grey with Ebony Black Pleather, Clear Indicators, Body Side Mouldings etc. |
