Have anyone notice front tyre wear-out on the outermost side? Tried my only local agent and they said it normal. But I notice my previous FL2 doesn't have the same problem, but too bad it was total lost .

Yes front passanger side wore quicker on
my 1st FL2 due to exessive speed going round roundabout as the tracking was spot on

get your dealer to check your tracking as un even tyre wear is not normal and is usually caused by something

Have been sent to my dealer for check and only the toe in/out can be adjusted. no camber bolt and nut to be adjusted. seem like i got to bear with it since the rest of the tyre is very new. only travel 28,000 KM

My 57 plater (manual) has 29.5 k miles on it - still on original tyres with slightly uneven front wear. The n/s front is slightly worse and slightly uneven - outer edge >2mm with 3mm across the rest. o/s front is just >3mm across with the rears showing over 4mm evenly.

Starting to think about replacing front but had no problems in the recent snow and ice at all.

Hi Grumpy, does your fl2 slide everytime when you do a full lock U-turn?
Isn't is a waste to change the tyre so soon?

No problems sliding the car if I try really hard - but surface has to be really greasy. Will replace the tyres at at 2+mm as I think thats just enough to avoid aquaplaning with heavy surface water - we get a lot of that these days in Scotland

I had slightly greater NSF tyre wear than OSF, I thought long and hard and eventually had a 4 wheel alignment check done before changing to new tyres.
Alignment check was absolute fractions out, but still within factory specs, but they did a fine adjustment. I have the printout somewhere.

Sounds exactly like tracking is out - outside edges worn = excessive "Toe-In", inside edges worn = "Toe-Out"

I've just changed all 4 at 32,000 miles as down below 2 mm and there's been lots of weather. The rears were slightly better than the fronts so moved one of those to spare, put on the brand new spare and bought 3 new to match (Continental Contact 4x4 M+S). I had to hunt around a bit to get the same 108V rated rather than the easier-to-find 104V. real surprise that my stealer (Ripon LR) was cheapest locally including a couple of Internet sites that drop in tyres for you.

Not only did they fit the 3 tyres I paid for but they switched the spare for me and washed it, all while I waited - not such a stealer after all, nice job! Gone... 2013 XS TD4 Manual Firenze Red

I wonder if they took em off alloys?

If they did i'm sure they were copies. (HSE probably) Don't put petrol in a diesel. They don't run well.
