Hi all I bought one of the Land Rover Karabina keyrings from Marshall's in Lincoln and they say they have sent one but it did not arrive so I called the parts dept 'Vinnie' Promised me another but still nothing Am I unlucky or should I claim off Paypal and buy else where

ANyone else had poor service from them

As I have posted in detail elsewhere on the forum - never again. And I've spoken and written to them. They haven't even had the courtesy to reply to my last contact.

As for omitting a key ring, they once forgot to send a load space cover - not exactly small or easily mislaid

guys, use marshall at melton mowbray, great service, items arrived next day, have used many times, e-bay shop is easy to use and if you speak to them they are really switch on.
