Thanks Lar, worked a treat Just wondering if the cars management knows that my service schedule is based on time and not mileage, as it would not allow me reset the DIST but allowed me to rest the DATE then END. Dead easy and job done! Thanks Again. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come......... |

Well if lar just copied stuff from the Russian LR club, seems to me that they know a lot more about Land Rovers than we lot do - who what should know our own vehicles - Good to have lar on the inside to feed us useful info, unlike some of the duff stuff thats floating about 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof. Stornoway Grey with Ebony Black Pleather, Clear Indicators, Body Side Mouldings etc. |

A day is more than enough for you to browse all the documentation and save it to your HDD by the use of "Save As... web archive" option. I know, because I've done it. I even helped them in this way (by browsing through all documentation) to improve and corect some errors on their web pages because some pictures didn't show. All for FL2 is about 320MB. And periodically (once a few months) I am paying again to get the updates. In my opinion, such a figure (comparing to a service cost) is more than reasonable to be up to date with all the information. Just a little hardwork. Or the part with "pay £8" is the problem? And by the way, did you know that this issue with reset interval was discussed about half year ago and exposed by me here, in the topic "Resetting service interval indicator"? http://www.freel2.com/forum/post46484.html#46484 Just a little search before initiating a new (redundant) thread will be better for the forum... |

Alex - There are lot of newbie’s on the forum, so an update for them that didn’t know about your earlier thread, is most appreciated . The same goes for older members with bad memories – some of whom had even replied to your earlier thread but which is now sadly forgotten by them 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.
