England

Thanks Nick, Thumbs Up Things are chaging by the hour. At lunchtime we contacted LR assist who contacted the Stealer as the Stealer was sitll doing tests on it and could not determine what the problem was there fore could not predict how long it would be off the road LR Assist could not help.

At 4pm this afternoon a voicemail left on my phone said that the fault was a dodgy Crankshaft Sensor parts were on order and will be deliverd tomorrow (Saturday) but as they do not open the workshops on Saturday it would be fitted Monday and we can have it back therefore no car from LR Assist.

4.30pm a phone call from the stealer saying that we now qualify for a car and it will be with us Monday morning but we still will have been without our Freely for 4 1/2 days.

Me also thinks they do not have the parts hence change of mind on car from LR Assist. still do not understand why we still have to wait another 48 hours for a car? p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

Brink/LR removable swan neck towbar is 465mm (18 and 5/16 in old money) to the top of the towball. Car on a flat road unladen. Think NP is a fixed unit so there you should have your comparison between the fixed and removable tow balls = 2/10 ths of f Censored all Thumbs Up
