Just can't get my head around this one, you take your car to a main dealer to get it serviced and you have to pay to get a loan car - even worse, Shilen takes the car in for warranty work and pays £10/£15 for a loan car even though it's not his fault the car has problems Shocked I had a list of problems with my car soon after buying it, some repeat and either had a pre booked 'fix while you wait', taken home and picked up by a driver or mechanic and on two or three cases was given the use of the service managers car either for a day or overnight - Farnell LR Guiseley Leeds - Top Shop Thumbs Up
