Buy the LR ones - very solid piece of kit: PartNumber LR006608. You will need also the "Cross Bar" kit LR:002417.

I've just fitted them single handed - possible, but you need patience going backwards n forwards across the car, and, use something to protect your roof whilst your working up there Exclamation

My tip would be to have another trusted safe pair of hands to help you Smile

Like a pair of carpet slippers Question Embarassed Laughing

But do not permenent roof rails cause extra wind noise - especially with the cross bars Question
As I often drive with the roof open (in summer) any extra noise would be unexceptable Wink 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.

No idea - but for me that would not be a problem as I don't like "sun roofs" and so I did not ask for one.
