Land Rover Experience - Cheshire Centre

My better half and I attended a half day Experience at the LRE Centre at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire a couple of weeks ago. It was a very enjoyable morning with a knowledgeable instructor (Charlie) Bow down . The Centre uses the wooded tracks on the sandstone ridges around Peckforton and Beeston Castles that are quite steep and rutted in places and there's a great view over the Cheshire plain to Liverpool and Manchester from the high ground. There's a few good pubs nearby too Thumbs Up

The LRE Cheshire centre team also run the LRE Snowdonia centre where there is far more land available for more serious off roading and training courses. Their web site is

All in all, we'd highly recommend the Cheshire centre for anyone in the North West Very Happy GONE - 2011/11 Freelander 2 SD4 XS Auto

i have got a LRE at the North Yorkshire Centre in October

I have been changing the date as much as i could to give them chance to get the new RRSport in, as they normally have them fully kitted out, i thought it would be worth the wait Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Do you guys get this free or do you have to pay for it? I've been invited by ULR in Melbourne, and it costs approx $200. Still having my second thoughts... 2009 i6 SE

It was a freebie for me that I got through applying through the LR UK website. Not sure if this is available in Oz though? GONE - 2011/11 Freelander 2 SD4 XS Auto

England 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Stornoway Grey

I've got a half day at Cheshire at the end of September, after applying through the LR website. I can't wait! I've chosen to drive an FL2 just to see what it can really do!
