Rear electric window dropping and slow moving back up

Can anyone help came back from shop and rear drivers window was open, was closed when I left it. Went to put window back up and the movement very slow thought it would not make it closed. Is the motor/solenoid on its way out. Helpppp!!!! Steve the newby

do not know ...but had the very same happen to rear nearside window on previos 2012 sd4 xs

seemed like it hit the top and sensor and it opened it , went all the way down had to jiggle it back up in stages otherwise hit top sensor and open fully again ...

never had cause to touch it again (sold the car and forgot to mention it to salesman ... Whistle Whistle ) Wales
Were the mud is thicker, and the ruts are deeper.
(And we have the water to wash it off, and more on the way..! )
Sd4 and chrome Ar*e piece, Auto box for best fun
