Freelander 2 sd4 2.2 solenoid repair kit

Trying to find out whether the 2.2d TD4 solenoid repair kit can be used on the SD4 2.2d,
Can only seem to find the TD4 where I live.

I would imagine they are the same the only difference might be between the eco stop/start starter motor as the eco one is heavy duty. 2013 FL2 XS.

Thanks for the input, I was thinking the same. Mine does not have the stop/start function.

I have a new reconditioned starter motor that jammed the engine, with a faulty solenoid. Original equipment are better made, so check your part numbers carefully.
