2007 HSE the front interior 12v socket isn't working, I checked the fuse F45 under the bonnet, which was ok, then I checked the fuse socket for power. There was no power to the socket, (I have checked the ignition was on) Can anybody help - Many Thanks

I have noticed over the years that there seems to be some confusion over the fusing of the power sockets.

I got caught out with boot fuse, everything seemed OK with fuses, but Boot Socket would not work.
The Dealer said it was a fuse, but could not/would not give further details, so I am still in the dark.
