The 'Which Reliability Survey' results have been published and the results are in all the papers and on the telly, basically Landrovers (in particular FL2) and jags are very unreliable coming near the bottom of the list

I think a survey can be made to show whatever results you want it to.

how can this survey be realistic if the number of cars sampled are not the same? They might have been fortunate to sample the 3 (and only 3!!!) X3 drivers out there who like their cars!!

It seem to me that the figures show fl2 owners are the most likely of all 4x4 owners to fill in the survey form...nerds At work

I guess the survey is fair, Japs have nailed reliability, we (or rather Landrover) sadly haven't a clue! Had an RX8 for 2 years, no issues, first issue with my FL2 was after 2 months & took 3 visits over 2 weeks to diagnose never mind fix...nuff said! Still love the car but IMHO the survey represents the reality. |
