New Zealand 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Barolo Black
Crankshaft pulley

Hi all from NZ ,
New here .
I have a a 2007 fl2 TD4 , with 110,000 ks on the clock , I’m looking at replacing the crankshaft pulley as it has a run out ( wobble ) of about 1mm .
Can anyone suggest where the best place to purchase a new pulley and the special tools to lock in crank/cam, would prefer Australia , but anywhere will do , I don’t think we have much options down this part of the work .
I have my Chas / engine numbers ready to get the right part because apparently there are few different pulleys used . Thanks in advance for any help .

Try here
https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic.com/p...and-rover/

Its where I go to find JLR part numbers.

I use the Sealey timing kit.
https://www.jgs4x4.co.uk/freelander-2-l359...it-sealey/

You will need to remove the starter motor, insert the long thin timing pin into the flywheel and then attached the flywheel locking device (the pin on its own is to weak) and insert the camshaft locking pin - remembering two crankshaft rotations equals one camshaft rotation.

And dont do what I did and drop a nut into the bell housing Big Cry Jules
