Air condition

I have a Freelander II diesel (2009), with 314,000 kms. I discovered a few days ago that when I turn on the air conditioning system the air vents on the driver's side work normally giving out warm air, but on the passenger side they release slightly cold air. I must mention that I changed about 2 years ago the refrigerator, refrigerator thermostat, refrigerator collars. What could be the reason for this? Any idea how to save money?

Sounds like a stuck door or failed actuator in the heater block.
