Sump plug washer size

Can anyone confirm the size of the sump plug copper washer please?
I'm due a service and planning to buy a bulk packet of them to have in stock rather than pay £2 each for one.
Thanks. Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

I reused the same one for the last 7 years - clean and smooth with emery paper and anneal with a blow lamp - whilst the oil is draining out.

Sorry Ive no idea of the size. Jules

Not exactly the answer to your question, but here's a picture of my original sump plug with its copper washer...

So given that the sump plug is an M10 thread, and the hex nut is a 17mm, I'd say the copper washer is 16mm in diameter and 1.5 - 2mm thick...

My Freelander has an after market M11 sump plug fitted now - look carefully at the image above to see why... Rolling with laughter

I'd agree with Jules suggestion of cleaning & reusing the existing copper washer. Re-use is more satisfying and more environmentally friendly... Very Happy . Worst case scenario would be a minor oil leak, but it is a Land Rover after all....
Whatever you do, don't over tighten that Censored plug. Just saying....

Got a LR006295 washer in my box of bits, can measure it tonight.

I had a rush of blood to the head and put one of these in last oil change: https://www.ezoilchangevalve.com/store/c1/Featured_Products.html
JUST enough room between the guard and the sump. Probably wouldn't risk it if i did anything in the way of off-roading though.

Can't quite make out from the image. Seems to be a bit of damage to the metal around it? Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948
