Hi all,

Looking for any recommendations/advice/info for an iPhone charger holder/cradle for my FL2.

I'm currently looking online and on Amazon, there's a lot of options out there, just wondering if anyone has a good set-up they'd like to share. Will primarily be used for navigation, probably using Waze or Google maps.

My recent thread was asking for advice re in-built satnav software updates, but not going down that route now. May get a Garmin in the near future pending.

You need to select a holder suitable for your phone then your car and it will give you a choice of positions. They fit in with the interior and don’t leave visible marks. They also don’t obscure the windscreen.

Go magnetic with charging, great piece of kit.

Wonderlust, have you any particular models in mind of the magnetic type with charging?

I bought these two items, I've a Samsung S8+ so ignore that it only works with the models mentioned.
Not had any problems with it falling off and I have a full I blason case fitted.

I've recently bought an iPhone 16 but with added pressure from my son also bought a Mous case and screen protector. But having bought the magnetic safe case also had to go for the phone holder which attaches to the windscreen.

All blooming marvellous in my opinion...

Be careful where you attach it on the windscreen. Anywhere in the area swept by the windscreen wipers is off limits!

Elfranco: I bought the MagSafe® Compatible Suction Mount as I was looking something sturdy. Seems to attach ok and no issues yet. Have tried attaching it to the dash without success but I think it came with a 3M sticky mount but will have to dig out the old box...

Ended up buying something similar - ESR HaloLock MagSafe Car Mount Charger, has good reviews and seems to be a well-known make. Anyway, it's coming later today, so will update when up and working, just in case anybody else is looking for a car charger/holder.
