My passenger rear door doesn't lock/unlock and the window doesn't work.

The door opens with the handle, from both inside and out.

The door doesn't lock or unlock from either the fob or the centre dash lock buttons.

The window doesn't work from either the actual door or the driver's door panel (the rear window lock is switched off).

I've checked the door module fuses in the boot and they are all fine.

Just a follow-up,

It was the door module,
Not sure if this had failed before and swapped, or its had another door fitted, but the module I've just replaced has a 2007 date on it, on a 2009 (10 plate) car.

Anyway, swapped it with the correct year and this has sorted the fault.
