auto vs. manual differences?

I have a 2009 auto with nackered rear diff and possibly prop and/or ptu gone as a result too. Are these all the same in a manual, only I'm looking at cars with blown engines to act as a donor and there's more manuals than autos around it seems!
Thanks

I would ask Bell Engineering as they are most qualified to know the definitive answer. 2013 FL2 XS.

Hi,

Rear diffs the same.
PTU is not the same for Auto/manual.
Prop shaft, I am not sure. In my far memory I think there are two types here??
