Air conditioning pressure relief valve....?

Hi all, yet another air conditioning post! YAAAY!
A few months ago, I was sitting in traffic when my AC blew up. Stinking gas everywhere, neon green dye all over the engine bay and me, trying not to inhale, at all.
The dye was mostly on the hose at the bottom right of the rad, when standing at the front looking at the engine. I had the system tested and re-gassed. She blew again a few days later.

NOTE: The system blew when the AC was off, both times.

I knew the condenser was old so I replaced it and had it gassed up again. She worked perfectly for a few months, i didn't switch it off once. I turned the AC off for 5 minutes last week and it blew again, same place. Also, after it loses some pressure I get a horrible whirring noise, like a knackered bearing.

PLEASE tell me.this is a simple valve replacement or cleaning a drain pipe or something!?

Kind regards.

It's likely a pump issue. I'd get it to an AC specialist. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
2009 Rimini Red SE TD4. Gone.
2006 Tonga Green i6 HSE. Gone.
Audi A5 convertible, my daily driver.
1972 Hillman Avenger GT, the project.

She's booked in at my local garage tomorrow but, I've told them not to fit any parts without my authorisation. They guy said he was hoping to find a mobile specialist.
