STEERING WHEEL PHONE CONTROLS (LOWLINE NON-TOUCH SCREEN)

Hello, please could someone kindly advise how to work the voice command control on the steering wheel; the third button down under the green accept button and the red reject button.

I have paired my phone successfully and can receive and cancel calls on the steering wheel controls. Such calls some through on the cars speaker systems. My Phone book is showing and the phone menu appears to work both selecting a number or manually dialing it.

However, I cannot use voice dialing using the car microphone. (If I shout loud enough the phone mike picks up the instruction). I have done some test calls and the receiver says the volume is not good and breaks up.

Having no touch screen, I can't check if the car mike is working or has been muted, or if it was ever designed to work in the first place.

Any help would be thankfully received and faithfully applied
