If tata do it will be at end of fl2 run. 4-5 years. They can't do it quickly. Would you buy a solihull freelander or lrx made at the worst plant for quality?? Live your life be free-lander |

Neither Jag nor LR need a second plant, thats always been the issue ever since Halewood was gutted and X type went there.

Never had any problems with quality on my disco 3, or my fl2. 100% happy , I will be buying landrovers for years too come. |

So will they make them at Solihull now? That might be kinda cool. Maybe start making a Solihull badge to put on them like the old Series. I carry a gun because I can't carry a cop.

Surprising, but even GM (General Motors Chevrolet/ Cadillac/Opel/ Vauxhall) doesn't look at Quality when deciding to close their car plants. |

Agree. If your going to compete and win market share against BMW 3 series, Audi A4 or Mercedes C class in that sector you need something pretty special. A Mondeo in drag isn't it.
