1, 2 & R, reminded me in the 1970s when my parents bought a brand new Lancia Beta 2.0L. Got a few hundred metres down the road & a gearbox failure... 1, 2 & R! Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

Checked this morning found one of my selector rods was turning but the shaft wasn't. Less than 1 hours work to sort with a few spots of weld to fix the lever arm to the shaft . Tested and all good |

Well done. That's more involved than most owners would be prepared to go. Top marks. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car. 2009 Rimini Red SE TD4. Gone. 2006 Tonga Green i6 HSE. Gone. Audi A5 convertible, my daily driver. 1972 Hillman Avenger GT, the project. |
