Autobox oil again.

Hi,

I know this has been talked to death but I would like to try and get a better insight.

It seems there are several ways to change the auto oil, power flush, drain and fill and the gibbons method.
The method I would like to use is the drain and fill but it seems that some people do this until the oil is almost fully replaced, others say only partially do this (apparently new oil and increase pressure on seals etc). Is any body able to throw any light on this and their experiences they have had.
Also has anyone used Smith and Allan oil for this.

My car had the oil changed at 77000 and is now on 123000.

thanks

Mel.
