Diagnostics Tool - Air Path Learn + EGR Renewal Reset?

Hi all

I was wondering if somebody can advise of a diagnostics tool that can perform both the Air Path Learn + EGR Renewal Reset on a 2013 Freelander 2?

Have recently had the EGR done and although the car is much better, it's still glitching and I've been advised that it is like one or the other of these was not done by the garage.

I can of course take it back to them to do, but after a recent palaver chasing a fault and spending a fortune, I've been thinking about getting a diagnostics tool to hopefully save me some cash in the future, so this would be a good excuse!

I've contacted Foxwell, but they say their coverage list doesn’t list any Special Function support on the Powertrain controller for the 2013 Freelander.

Many thanks in advance,

Tom.

The only tool I know does it is JLR SDD. It has calibrations for everything when they're needed. An air path calibration is very important if anything on the intake side has been changed. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
2009 Rimini Red SE TD4. Gone.
2006 Tonga Green i6 HSE. Gone.
Audi A5 convertible, my daily driver.
1972 Hillman Avenger GT, the project.

Thanks Nodge68.

My local garage are telling me they've done the air path calibration, but I'm sure they don't have JLR SDD as they are not specialists, so I wonder if their system isn't doing it correctly / or they are doing what they think is the right thing, but it's not.

Is anybody reading this in the Bristol area and happen the have SDD that would be willing to help? I'm happy to pay in cash or beer! Smile
