Haldex problem rear wheels grabbing scrabbling noises

Hi all. Common problem here. Scrabbling grabbing rear wheels on low soeed turns ie pulling away from junction, ive serviced the haldex but still same. I changed filter oil cleaned guaze on pump no joy. I then split open the haldex ecu to check ocb as id seen on vag forums that water ingress can cause this exact problem, pcb looked ok no scorching. Cleaned with contact cleaner and toothbrush. Resealed and fitted back and still same haha. So my mrs has 2013 model so i though oh wait. I cle awap the ecu and valve onto mine to see if any difference and my 2009 wouldnt even communicate with her haldex ecu. Both freelander 2 haldex 4s so baffled. It was as if it was unplugged so i took it off and on and check i had plugs pushed on fully three times. Still nothing. Immediated transmission fault as if fuse pulled or unplugged so here i am at a loss. I know bell engineering can repair and i may just have to do that but im 6 hrs away and not flush with cash here. Its a 2k car. My question is does anyone have any advice. I wondered if there was a way to flush the accumulator ?? Ive also managed to source one from the same year from abreakers which comes next week and am going to swap the components from that one to test. Yeah i just wondered if i can flush this accumulator without removing the spring. Any ideas or advice greatly appreciated i love this motor but would love to get the 4wd back in order. Thanks in advance

I understand that they are pretty much swamped at the moment. Make sure you have an appointment rather than just turning up. I’d hate for the drive to be wasted.

I wondered if i could maybe fill the haldex with cleaner of some sort and let the pump run with ignition on but no drive as to not damage components/gear/cliutch. Then drain flush out with oil and refill. Wonder if that could cure accumulator problem. Just a thought.

Bell can advise on somewhere to stay too as people often travel large distances to visit them.
Its a nice area to go walking & cycling - Wyre Forest and also Severn Valley railway are nearby Jules
