Servicing

As the nights are starting to stretch out now do people start getting their van serviced for the new season, just wondered do most use a mobile service van or take it to a dealer or workshop ?

My caravan is out of warranty so I service it annually myself. Compared to a car it's very easy.

I don’t think that the other half would trust me to touch it let alone service it. Very Happy

As its 12 years old now ours doesn't get an annual service (because its not in warranty), haven't done massive miles in recent years. Tyres were replaced and it had a full service 2 years ago. I'll maintain and repair anything I notice it needs doing as and when. Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

We’re a bit like that as the caravan is nearly 17 years old now, but we liked the gas fire and fridge checked as we don’t do large campsites with EHU, like wise the car struggles to do 10,000 in 2 years.
