Lost accelerator control ?

Hi ! We have a FL 2 2007 TD4 who from time to time looses accelerator response, it has happened maybe 5/6 times during this year. Always when warm engine, not from start as I have seen seems to be the “normal”. Yesterday my gf was on here way in to a roundabout, rolling and when it was time to accelerate in to the roundabout nothing happens ?
I have read faultcodes with Nanocom but there’s nothing that I can find with a connection to the accelerator.

I have had this happen to me several times recently, with no other problems and lots of normal running in between. I have no idea what is the cause, it just feels like the motor runs normally but refuses for a few seconds to obey the accelerator pedal input. (a 'computer says no' moment)

Here is the link I mentioned my problem on
https://www.freel2.com/forum/topic39455.html

Replies have mentioned Air Mass Sensors/Set Up , Injector Problems, Crankshaft Sensors.

Another stream I have noticed is

(Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?)

Has this happened since a service where the you had the fuel filter the only reason I ask is that I had a similar experience with a non genuine filter, replaced it with a genuine Land Rover LR001313 one (manufactured by Purflux) and that resolved the issue.
