Land Rover LR2 2010-2012, I want to install the original subwoofer
Is it enough to replace only the amplifier and install the original subwoofer, or will I need to do something more?

It depends on what you have, and what you are hoping to achieve. The standard Freelander subwoofer isn't any better that a good universal under seat sub available from several audio system manufacturers.
The Freelander sub isn't a patch on the wife's Audi A5 B & O system sub.

I only keep mine because I don't like messing with the car factory set up, but if mine was missing the sub, I'd use something more modern and more universal. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
