PTU

Hi,

Changed the oil in the PTU a couple weeks ago but could only draw out about 100 ml didn’t think too much about it after all the car has done 123000, so topped it up to the correct level and got on with things. now it leaking and presumably that is why the level was low in the first place.
The PTU seems to be fine and want to change the seals but some kits show three seals others show more, does anyone kow how many there should be and any part numbers, possibly the gearbox seal as well.

Mel.

Between the gearbox and the PTU, oil is the same as just put into the PTU. Do you think these will do the job (pic attached) if so then I need to identify the gearbox seal(s) just in case.

Showing how difficult the PTU is to drain via the filler hole. Jules
