No terrain response

MY 2013 SD4
I noticed this week that, when I press the Terrain Response, buttons on the panel, nothing happens.
Am I missing something here?
I’ve checked each & every fuse; all good.
I’ve run a diagnostic with the GAP tool & the result is shown here.
Cheers all

I'm no expert but all these types of glitches usually end up with a duff battery as the cause. MY 09 GS manual in Lago Grey, Wood Co arm rest and side bumper strips - now sold.

Plugging the error code into the site search tells me that the problem could be the terrain control module under the buttons on the centre console.

Disconnected battery & put it on charge
I’m assuming all that is now required is to reconnect battery when fully charged (for “hard reset”).
Interestingly, when I connected the charger, the battery was only showing 65% charged.

I believe you also need to touch the positive and negative connectors together to effect a hard reset, before reinstalling battery. Hope the problem resolves itself after your work.

I’ll leave it on charge overnight & touch the positive to the negative in the morning.
I’ll let you know what the outcome is ….

the reason you join the 2 terminals together is to completly drain all the voltage from the ecu"s,and if you put a volt meter between the terminals you will see milli volts dropping slowly ,thats why its best done overnight.

It does look like you have a genuine ATCM fault.
Have a look at its connections, clean and/or Unplug/Re-plug to re-establish in case corroded.

NOTE this applies earlier models, but I suspect the repair to be similar,
From (down-loadable) Repair Manual

Lost communication with All Terrain Control Module (ATCM)

Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the power and ground circuits to the All Terrain Control Module (ATCM).

Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, complete a CAN network integrity test.

I believe the terrain response module is under the centre console that contains the gear lever and terrain response buttons, all accessible from the passenger compartment.

I’ll try cleaning the contacts on the buttons in the centre console, any pointers as to how to get at the connection?
