Reduce power mesage, Turbo like noise

Hi
Freelander 2, 2011 270k km. Intermitent Reduce power message. No rpm over 3000. No MIL. Intercooler circuit inspected, no problem. Strange noise after 2500 rpm like turbo in full power. No noise if release acceleration pedal just a bit, no noise when depress clutc pedal, no noise if accelerated on idle.
Thanks for any idea.

Check the turbo actuator linkage for movement range and connection. If you know what you are doing you can feel this (but not see it) by accessing behind the front right wheel, without having to remove the wheel liner. 2005 D3 2.7 Auto

Today I ploted this . RPM versus MAP. Is this normal ? MAP reach 250kPa , maximum value very fast , around 2000-2500 rpm.
