Finland 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Stornoway Grey
Xtrons Microphone

Question for the Aftermarket Head unit users,

I got a XTRONS IQ72DLRP (guess the type doesn't really matter for the question)
It has this jack plug on the back that says microphone on a little sticker, in which I plugged an external microphone (Boya By MM1)

But it seems the head unit just doesn't see or use it at all, is there any setting or something that I need to do to make this work? or some different connection that I need to use.

It doesn't work in Car Play or in its own standard Bluetooth.

I’d imagine that somewhere in “settings”, will be a “use external mic” option. (Now Sold). 2008 Freelander 2 (Nazca Sand) SE TD4 Auto. Statutory write off & on WOVR for hail damage but still road legal.
