OK but I dont think faults always come up for crank sensors as they are relatively cheap might be worth trying a new one? 2013 FL2 XS.

The crankshaft speed sensor can give issues and not show any codes. I've had 3 fail, and only 1 gave codes. If sensors fail quickly, it's the plug at fault, as it seems prone to pins pins spreading. I replaced my plug and fitted an OE (avoid cheap) sensors, and the problem hasn't returned in 10k miles. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car. 2009 Rimini Red SE TD4. I would change the fuel filter since you say it occurs when the temperature gets to normal perhaps the fuel filter internal valve is faulty. I assume the car ran fine prior to changing the fuel filter.
