SDD. Live data. How to find it.

Hope someone more technical than me can help.
I have an old version of SDD version 131.03, I think.
I would like to be able to check live data but I don't know how to access it.
I have searched the Form and found an old post where Alex chips in and gives the following solution:. Management Applications - Guided Diagnostic/DTC'S - Diagnostics. However I can see the first part at the bottom of the screen but when I click on it the icon appears at the top right but the screen doesn't change.
What am I doing wrong?

I need to be able to read the oil temperature sensor as the reading with the Icarsoft CR max show's 280 deg with the engine cold.

It's obviously not a correct reading, otherwise the engine would have melted. Is it a faulty reading or a faulty sensor/ wiring issue. Now at the point when I learn something new something old is lost out the other side !
Now retired so it doesn't matter anymore.

What happened to all the techy's out there.
I've read about people messing about with the software in the car so naturally assumed people out there had a good understanding of SDD.
I'd be happy if someone could point me in the direction of a 'How To' video or something. Now at the point when I learn something new something old is lost out the other side !

I've never found live data on SDD. Luckily I have access to several pieces of diagnostic equipment, so use those for live data instead.
I find Delphi quite good, but for graphing values from the ECM, I think a BT dongle and the Torque App are pretty difficult to beat for the minimal outlay. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

Hi Nodge
Apparently you can do it. I've seen an old post where Alex tells another member how to access it. I've tried that and my version looks different when you try and access the live data.
I do also have the Torque Pro App but I haven't used it for some time as it seems very limited. Again, maybe I'm missing something, I'll have another look, not tonight though is blowing a gale hear. Now at the point when I learn something new something old is lost out the other side !

Hi Chips
I have an AP200. I initially purchased it for our Renault as I had SDD for the Freelander. I did have a year's subscription with the Autel for the Freelander but it gave me more or less the same information as I now have with the Icarsoft. Hence wanting to be able to access information from SDD as this is Landrover specific. That being said, a very reputable Landrover garage up here told me that SDD was junk when it comes to diagnose if there were no specific DTC'S.

Big thanks to Mikey.
I managed to find the live data in SDD datalogger, trouble is there are icon buttons down the left hand side and along the bottom and I have no idea what they do. I was hoping some description would appear when the mouse pointer was hovering over but no. Presumably because it's meant for JLR techs who would have had training.
Anyway, after much fumbling around I managed to get the readings for the oil temperature sensor. According to this the sensor is responding correctly, more or less follows the coolant temperature as it's warming up at idle. Therefore it would appear that my Autel AP200 and my Icarsoft CR max cannot correctly interpret the oil temperature sensor, thus causing much confusion.

Next question, does anyone know if there is a download for SDD that would explain the datalogger functions.
Failing that, could someone give me a brief description of the buttons just in case I do something stupid. Now at the point when I learn something new something old is lost out the other side !
