Side light bulb holder needed - Pre-wired

Good afternoon forum,

Please would it be possible to direct me to the correct capless W501 bulb holder housing for my Freelander 2 '08.

At my last MOT it appears the tech who 'fixed' the sidelight didn't really fix it and I need a pre-wired bulb holder compatible with the apperture of the light housing. I can splice the wires myself but for the best of me can't find the part I'm looking for online.

Are the originals servicable in any way so I can re-wire the housing? Spatula thing for bulb placement has long since dissintigrated but not really necessary. Any help on finding the right part before my mind explodes would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Fred

Hi Billsy,

That looks like it! I'm loathe to pay £17.38 for a pence piece of plastic but if I can't find an aftermarket version it'll have to do.

Is it an easy job to be wired? I've had the headlight off and reinstalled without issue but have not wired anything on a car before.

Cheers for the link.

It's 2 wires to join, nothing more complicated than that. Thumbs Up Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

Just check it is the right part as it is the bulb holder for the indicator on the wing.

Didn’t realise it was the headlight 5w holder that you needed sorry.
