Are 100% sure the battery is fully charged? try charging it up overnight, another thing it could be is a bad earth somewhere ? do you have a scanner to see if there are any DTCs?

I'd be changing the door module. It's an easy DIY replacement, once the door card is off. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
