2007 Freelander 2 i6 SE Auto Stornoway Grey
I6 MAP sensor connector

Hello,
today i did new thermostat. The old termostat spring almost shot me in the face.

When i was mounting the intake manifold back, lever from MAP sensor connector broke.

Do you know what type of connecor is it, where can i buy a new one?

They always break, I'd clean the two areas well and use some high temp silicone to keep them together.

The broken latch is not the main problem, its in the blue silicon that changed in size over time which is preventing me to connect it.

Be careful if you spray the connector with a contact/electrical cleaner. I did this to my MAF and it did swell the gasket but I'm still able to secure it with effort. Any way you can utilize/ rig a zip tie in the interim?
