Is there any 'old/previous' phones still stored on the radio, I do know that it only stores so many so it may be full, hence not storing your phone, you can delete the old phones. |

Sounds like either the phone isn't compatible, or not configured to reconnect automatically.

With newer phones what you may find is linking the phone to the car works better than linking the car to the phone, this is because the software installed in the car does not always remember newer phones I think because a compatibility issue.
