power steering help

anyone know the part number and if i need the whole length of pipe back to the reservoir ,

United Kingdom 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Rimini Red

Which pipe? There are 2 at the rack. One is the supply from the pump (front pipe), the other is the return to the reservoir, via the cooler.
Both metal pipes are joined to hoses, so the pipes and hoses can be replaced independently. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
2009 Rimini Red SE TD4. Gone.
2006 Tonga Green i6 HSE. Gone.
Audi A5 convertible, my daily driver.

NO it certainly isn’t!

It needs to be CHF202 or equivalent. (Now Sold). 2008 Freelander 2 (Nazca Sand) SE TD4 Auto. Statutory write off & on WOVR for hail damage but still road legal.

Isn't DOT 4 Brake Fluid, Definitly don't put that in the power steering
