Had SD4 auto about 4 months. 100k on it. Set off the other day, driving for 15 mins, pulled out of junction and accelerated. Suddenly no power, car begins to shake and eventually I managed to pull off on side road. Engine running like was on 2 then stalled. Restarted and same. Dealer collected and managed to get on truck but now won’t start.

Any ideas? Sounded as rough as before it died.

No errors on dash.

Kinda ruling out egr, turbo hoses, crank or even pump/injectors as nothing showing on dash. Sound terminal?

When was the fuel filter last changed? 2013 FL2 XS.

Crank sensor would be my first guess. They fail quite often, but seldom give any codes.
When was the timing belt changed? Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
