electrics

Hello.

I have a 2012 Freelander 'HSE and today when I unlocked the vehicle the door behind the drivers seat would not open nor would the window. Likewise the panel to the drivers door that has the window opening buttons, the window lock buttons and the wing mirror adjustment, was also not working so I couldnt lower the drivers window. All other windows open separately as do the locks work. Could this be a fuse problem?

Thank you for your assistance....
